.We do not offer refunds on any items. If the item has arrived damaged from the postal service, your item may be shipped back to the warehouse and a store credit will be issued. You will need to contact your representative to discuss procedure. Some items ship separate an Economy shipping on some items can take 2-4 weeks at max most arrive much sooner. If an item is out of stock a store credit will be issued in your order because our reps will already be paid on your order.
